How long have you been playing on Magma Networks?: I haven’t been in yet, but today at around 2-3 my time I’ll be able to log in.
How long have you been roleplaying in general?: About a year or two, I’ve spent time on a HL2 server and also down some actual RP on Typhon.
What previous experience do you have as a staff member?: I have not yet had any experience as a staff member, and I’d like to take this as an opportunity to learn.

Have you received any punishments or citations on the server? If so, what were they for?: I have not received any punishments or citations.
Why should we choose you over other applicants for this position? (150 words or more): I believe you should choose me over other applicants because I’m able to work well with other people, whether they are rude and annoying or not. I’m also able to work with the other members of the staff team because they all want to achieve the same goal on the server. And that goal is to keep it peaceful and keep the Roleplay going. I also do not keep a bias towards people, let's say I’m in a sit with a new member and an old member. I would not take sides with the member that had been in the community longer because they would know more about the server than the new member. And the new member might not know the rules of the server just yet. I would also be able to cooperate with members of the GM team, helping to be able to set up their events and whatnot. Though, my main job as a moderator wouldn’t be to help the GM Team only. But to also take as many tickets as I could take so I could keep the community as happy with the staff as possible, so they wouldn’t be kept waiting if they lost all their things due to being RDM’d or something of the sort.
Please summarize the duties of a staff member (100 words or more): The Duties of a staff member are to keep the server peaceful and less chaotic than anarchy servers. They are there to ensure that people follow the rules in place of the server that they are a moderator or an admin in. If someone is to break the rules in place they are dealt with by a mod or an admin. Admins and Mods are supposed to keep a level headed temper as they deal with a sit and not be biased. If an admin or mod is biased towards one person they get punished for it, because the sit would be unfair due to said bias. The staff team is also there to help the gamemasters with their events, helping them set up certain locations or spawn in certain vehicles.
