(150 words or more): I believe that I should be chosen over other competing candidates as I have been active and involved in the community. I have quite a lot of free time to dedicate to this server which is about 6-8 hours on weekdays and even more on weekends. I have decent time management skills so I will be able to balance roleplay and staff duties, good communication for staff sits and roleplay, and great problem-solving skills which will come in handy for this job. Some people say I'm too nice, but I believe that I’ve cut down on this due to most of the jobs I’ve held IC requiring me to be more authoritative in how I carry myself. I’ve managed to still keep a respectable image of myself despite the nature of my work making me seem to mean at times. I enjoy this community very much, and I'm grateful for the bonds and friendships I’ve made because of my time spent here. Senior Administrators are tasked with supervising the day-to-day activities of the staff team. Super Administrators, [/b][b]This is the highest rank which can be held by multiple staff members at the same time. Super Administrators are responsible for making decisions that affect the staff team, community, and roleplay environment.
