I have lots of free time and as said, I'm very active on the server.  When on a ticket I’ll make sure to base my judgements on the facts of the situation rather than to form any biased opinions depending on if I know someone or something. Duties that stem from that would be to ensure that the rules are being followed. And in order to make sure everyone is following the rules, you yourself must also understand the rules very well.  Other duties may include helping someone set up their character, getting someone un stuck if they manage to do so, helping people out with questions.  A staff member needs to be unbiased when dealing with situations that may involve someone they know.  And most importantly, a staff member must follow the rules as well!
