(150 words or more): The reason I want to be in staff is because I don't like the minges and most RP'ers don't like minges either so due to that I would like to give my part and help the community dispose of minges. I personally love to RP and seeing minges such as RDMer's, VDMer's and etc. really disappoints me and I would like to see this server thrive and not die I don't want it to fall apart or the community all turn to minges. I wish the best for this server. so if you have me on the staff team it will be easier clearing out the minges with an extra hand. another reason is to help people with RP such as people new to RP or solving situations with members of the server. I would like new people to the server (brand new to RP or not) to enjoy themselves while playing on the server and not deal with minges right away. Please summarize the duties of a staff member (100 words or more): The duties of staff are to enforce the rules of RP such as staying in character or dealing with minges etc. a few other duties of staff members are to monitor RP situations such as shoot outs or trials etc. Another duty of staff is to take out of character problems and ensure these problems don't get mixed up with RP situations which i have seen before on other servers which causes chaos. Staff are to also always keep calm in situations no matter if someone is right or wrong, bringing this also to where staff cant pick sides in a sit it has to be fair to both sides, staff cant make conclusions immediately and have to listen to both sides of a sits story (what both players in sit think).[/b]
